Our research group at the School of Microelectronics, SUSTech (Shenzhen), is always looking for highly motivated and talented individuals to join our dynamic team. We are actively recruiting Master's students, Ph.D. candidates, and Postdoctoral researchers who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of integrated circuit design.

Research Focus Areas：

Microwave and Millimeter-Wave Integrated Circuits (MMIC): Innovative architectures for next-generation wireless communications.
GaN-Based RF Front-End Circuit Design: High-efficiency, ultra-wideband power amplifiers (e.g., Doherty, Class-G) and related RF front-end modules.
Advanced Chip Design: High-performance RF/Analog ICs utilizing GaN, GaAs, and CMOS technologies.

Who We Are Looking For:

We welcome students with a solid background in microelectronics, electromagnetics, or electronic engineering. Ideal candidates are driven, curious, and eager to solve complex engineering challenges in a collaborative environment.
